Product Features

The Universal Connector: The CNL Connecting Link (often called a Hammerlock) is the standard component for assembling chain slings. It is used to attach the chain leg to the master link at the top, and to eye-type hooks or shackles at the bottom.
Grade 100 Performance: Manufactured from premium G100 alloy steel, offering 25% higher capacity than Grade 80 links. This allows for a more compact connector that fits into tighter spaces while handling heavier loads.
Easy Assembly: Designed for quick, on-site assembly using just a hammer and punch. The load pin and locking sleeve (bush) create a secure, tamper-resistant connection that can be disassembled if needed.
Wide Compatibility: Fits all Grade 100 chain sizes and matches the strength of G100 master links, hooks, and fittings.

Grade 100 Sling Components are high-strength alloy steel lifting accessories designed for heavy-duty lifting applications. Compared with Grade 80, Grade 100 offers higher working load limits (WLL) at the same size, or the same WLL with a smaller, lighter component.

What Does "Grade 100" Mean?

High-Strength Alloy: Heat-treated, quenched, and tempered steel.
Increased Capacity: Typically 25% higher WLL than Grade 80.
Safety Factor: Minimum breaking force ≈ 4 × WLL.
