Product Features

Textile Sling Specialist: Specifically designed for use with Synthetic Round Slings and Webbing Slings. It converts a soft sling into a hooked lifting assembly instantly.
Sling Protection: Features a widened top eye with a large bearing radius. Unlike standard hooks or shackles which can pinch or cut textile fibers, the Joker Hook distributes the load evenly across the sling's width, significantly extending sling life.
Versatile Connection: Can be used to connect two slings together (lengthening) or to attach a hook point to a soft sling.
Grade 100 Alloy: Manufactured from high-strength Grade 100 alloy steel, color-coded for easy identification and offering superior capacity compared to Grade 80 hardware.
Safety Latch: Equipped with a heavy-duty safety latch to prevent accidental disengagement of the load.

Grade 100 Sling Components are high-strength alloy steel lifting accessories designed for heavy-duty lifting applications. Compared with Grade 80, Grade 100 offers higher working load limits (WLL) at the same size, or the same WLL with a smaller, lighter component.

What Does "Grade 100" Mean?

High-Strength Alloy: Heat-treated, quenched, and tempered steel.
Increased Capacity: Typically 25% higher WLL than Grade 80.
Safety Factor: Minimum breaking force ≈ 4 × WLL.
Standards: EN 818-4 / EN 818-6, ASTM equivalents.
