H-Lift Low Headroom Trolley Hoist, Geared Trolley & Chain Hoist Combined, GT-CHG type:

Low headroom, ideal for low ceilings.
Compact design works well in locations where more headroom is required.
Enabling exact positioning or easy traversing of large loads incorporating manual hoists, the low headroom trolley hoist can be supplied to suit various track widths with standard beam range(a) and the extended beam range(b).
The anti-drop plates design ensures extra safety, and also prevents damage to wheels when contacting end rail stoppers.

The trolley wheels are precision machined and they rotate on maintenance sealed ball bearings.

Manually operated hoists, or power operated hoists with slow speeds, where the working environment does not involve abrasive conditions.

Grade 80 load chain is commonly used in chain hoists and lifting applications due to its high strength and durability. Grade 80 chain refers to an alloy steel chain with a specific strength rating, and it is designed to handle heavy loads in various lifting and material handling tasks.

Hoist chain shall not be used either immersed in acid solutions or exposed to acid fumes.
The hoist chain shall be guided smoothly and without twist into and out of the pocket wheels.
To atttain maximum service life the hoist chain shall be lubricated, particularly in the interlink contract areas.
The hoist chain should be maintained in a clean condition so that free movement is not impaired by the presence of dirt or grit.

GRADE 80 LOAD CHAIN FOR CHAIN HOIST AND LEVER HOIST (EN818-7) Surface finish: black oxidized or electric galvanized.
