Product Features

  • Maximum Flexibility with Strength The Single Ply construction offers superior flexibility and a thin profile for sliding under loads with low clearance, while the Class 7 webbing ensures high durability.
  • Premium 9,800 lbs/inch Webbing Manufactured from heavy-duty polyester rated at 9,800 lbs per inch, providing significantly better abrasion resistance than standard Class 5 single-ply slings.
  • Type 3 & 4 Options Available with Type 3 (Flat Eye) for vertical lifting or Type 4 (Twisted Eye) for improved choke hitch performance.
  • Reinforced Eyes Loops are wrapped with wear-resistant buffer material to protect against hook abrasion, extending the life of the sling.
  • Surface Protection The soft, pliable webbing contours tightly around the load, gripping it securely without damaging finished or painted surfaces.
  • US Standards Compliance Fully tested and tagged in accordance with ASME B30.9 and WSTDA-WS-1 standards.

Type I (TC)

Basic Sling Type I - Triangle and Choker

Triangle & Choker Fitting: Constructed with a standard triangle fitting on one end and a slotted triangle choker fitting on the other. This design allows it to be used in Vertical, Basket, or Choker hitches.

Type II (TT)

Basic Sling Type II - Triangle and Triangle

Triangle & Triangle Fitting: Constructed with a standard triangle fitting on both ends. This type is suitable for Vertical or Basket hitches only (cannot be used in a choker hitch).

Type III (EE - Flat)

Basic Sling Type III - Flat Eye and Eye

Flat Eye-and-Eye: Made with a flat loop eye on each end, with the loop opening on the same plane as the sling body. Ideal for use in basket hitches, vertical hitches, or choker hitches.

Type IV (EE - Twisted)

Basic Sling Type IV - Twisted Eye

Twisted Eye: Similar to Type III, but the loop eyes are twisted to form an opening at a right angle to the sling body. This design provides a better choke hitch fit on the crane hook.

Type V (EN)

Basic Sling Type V - Endless

Endless Sling (Grommet): A continuous loop formed by joining the ends of the webbing together. It is versatile and the wear points can be adjusted by rotating the sling.

Type VI (RE)

Basic Sling Type VI - Reversed Eye

Reversed Eye (Return Eye): Formed by using multiple widths of webbing held edge-to-edge. Wear pads are attached to form loop eyes at right angles to the sling body. Extremely durable and strong.

How to Measure Web Sling Length

The length of a web sling is measured from the bearing point of one eye to the bearing point of the other eye (pull to pull).
