Grade 8 Master Link and Quad Assemblies

Grade 8 master links and quad assemblies are typically used in heavy-duty industrial applications that require high strength and durability. These types of components are commonly used in industries such as construction, mining, and forestry.

A Grade 8 master link refers to a chain link that has a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 80,000 pounds per square inch (psi). Grade 8 is one of the highest grades of steel commonly used in industrial applications, and it provides excellent strength and durability. Master links are used to connect two ends of a roller chain, and they are often used in lifting applications.

A quad assembly is a type of chain assembly that includes four chains that are connected at each end by a single master link. This configuration provides additional strength and stability, making quad assemblies well-suited for heavy-duty applications. Quad assemblies are often used in applications where a single chain would not provide enough strength or stability, such as in mining or forestry equipment.
