The H-Lift Permanent Magnetic Lifter (PML-A Type) is a compact, robust device designed to safely lift and move heavy metal objects without the need for external electricity.
No Power Required: Uses high-performance permanent magnets, eliminating cables, power failure risks, and ongoing operating costs.
Versatile Grip: Features a V-shaped base design that securely handles both flat steel plates and cylindrical materials like pipes.
Enhanced Safety: Built with a 3:1 safety factor and includes a manual safety lock on the lever to prevent accidental demagnetization.
Durable Build: Constructed with a strong painted steel housing and a chrome-plated lifting shackle for high impact resistance.
Industrial Solution for Plate & Round Steel Material Handling
Zero Electricity RequiredNeodymium MagnetsSafety Factor 3:1V-Slot Base
The PML-A series utilizes high-energy Neodymium (NdFeB) magnetic materials to deliver immense lifting power in a compact design. Requiring no electrical power, these lifters completely eliminate the risk of load drops due to power failures. Designed for versatility, they are ideal for lifting, moving, and positioning steel plates, blocks, and cylindrical materials.
⚠️ Critical Safety & Operational Guidelines
Surface Contact: Lifting capacity is strictly dependent on the thickness, surface roughness, and material composition of the steel. Rust, scale, or air gaps will drastically reduce magnetic pull.
Derating for Round Steel: The rated capacity for lifting round steel (pipes/shafts) is inherently lower than for flat plates. Always reference the capacity chart before lifting.
Manual Safety Lock: Always ensure the handle is fully engaged and the safety lock button is secure before lifting to prevent accidental de-magnetization.
Never lift loads over personnel and do not exceed the maximum rated capacity.

Key Features & Benefits
■
Universal V-Slot Application: Designed with a specialized V-slot machined into the lifting face, allowing the lifter to securely grip both flat steel plates and round steel components (such as pipes and solid shafts).
■
Compact & Durable: Features a rugged, painted steel housing with a heavy-duty chrome-plated shackle, providing high impact resistance for harsh factory environments.
■
Zero Electricity Needed: The mechanical lever simply shifts the internal magnetic field to engage or disengage the load, meaning zero running costs and no trailing cables.
■
Global Standards: Fully compliant with international lifting standards including EN 13155, AS 4991, and ASME B30.20.
Easy Operation: Turn the lever to the "ON" position and the safety button automatically locks it in place, driving the magnetic flux through the steel payload.

Permanent Magnetic Lifters
Selection Principles & Application Guide

Lifting Magnet (PML-L Type)
Principles for Selection
Magnetic lifters are versatile tools for handling steel plates, blocks, and rounds. They can be used as general-purpose accessories or dedicated to specific applications. However, proper selection is critical for safety.
⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY NOTE: Not every load with ferromagnetic properties can be safely handled. The lifting capacity is significantly affected by the thickness, surface finish (air gap), and chemical composition of the load.
Matching the Magnet to the Load
*Diagram illustrating how V-slots concentrate magnetic flux for round loads.
Shape Compatibility
The shape of the magnet face must match the load:
Flat Material: Requires a magnet with a flat face for maximum contact area.
Round Material: Requires a magnet with a V-shaped recess to properly center and grip the cylinder.
Long & Flexible Loads
For long or flexible plates that may peel off a single magnet, use an arrangement of several magnets in conjunction with a spreader beam. Ensure the magnets are spaced to provide adequate support along the entire length to prevent sagging.
Load Orientation
Lifting magnets are normally rated for lifting a horizontal load in the vertical plane only. If the line of pull is not perpendicular (at right angles) to the load surface, the lifting capacity is substantially reduced, and slippage may occur.
Key Selection Considerations
When selecting a magnetic lifter, evaluate the following 11 points:
