H-Lift Push Trolley Clamp with Shackle, Adjustable Beam Trolley Clamp, TCPS type
There are 3 models within this range with 2t, 3t & 6t capacities. The smaller 2 can be adjusted to fit beam widths between 76mm and 203mm whilst the largest model fits beams between 100mm and 305mm. Adjustments are made by turning the centre bar which is also fitted with a locking mechanism to prevent it coming loose during use.
These trolleys also benefit from being able to travel around gentle curves.
The clamp type bottom fitting incorporates a large pivoting shackle which makes the fitting of slings etc. easy. You must make sure the shackle is vertical and in line with the centre of gravity when moving a load. Side pulling is not permitted and may cause the trolley to dislodge from the beam.
- The adjustable trolley features a light weight robust construction, allowing quick and effective installation onto various beams and girders.
- The adjustable trolley is fitted with wheel guard anti-drop plates and precision ball bearing wheels allowing easy movement along the beam.
- It adapts to the beam width by turning the adjustable bar and is fitted with a locking mechanism for ensuring secure clamping to the beam.
